Mixing & Blending
A mixing and blending system utilizes dry bulk material and mixes it with a liquid (usually water) to create a slurry or solution. This can now be easily transported to be used in downstream operations. Mixing and blending systems need a design approach that keeps product characteristics and its’ behavior on slurry/solution states in consideration to prevent buildup in storage tanks or convey piping. Selecting the right pump technology ensures there are no surprises in the operation and maintenance of these systems.
CTS Global Systems can create customized mixing and blending solutions, based on standardized designs, that can meet your various needs.
Looking for reliable solutions for your dry bulk material storage & handling needs?
CTS Global Systems are your partners in designing, delivering, installing, and maintaining those systems through their life cycle. Working with CTS Global Systems, our customers get systems that are custom engineered to meet their site-specific conditions (wind, snow, seismic activity) as well as specific to the product/material they are handling. Dry bulk materials come in a variety of shapes and forms (bulk density, particle size, flow characteristics, etc.) and with so many variables at play, it is hard to make one size fit all needs.
Dry bulk systems often consist of large storage bins or silos to receive dry bulk materials on a customer site for consumption in their processes. These large integrated systems need to be engineered to store the products safely and feed the material in a manner that suits the customer’s process.
At CTS Global Systems, we are committed to providing high-quality Dry Bulk Material Handling Systems that are tailored to meet the unique needs of our customers. Our team of experts has the experience and knowledge to design, install, and maintain the right system for your specific needs, no matter how complex. We pride ourselves on delivering reliable, cost-effective solutions that improve the safety and profitability of our customer’s operations.

Flow promotion
Once the product is received in the silo, the next step is to safely take it out of the silo for use. With our experience, CTS designs a system to ensure no product hang-ups in the storage silo while keeping control over the product that is flowing out.
Receiving product on site
Dry bulk material is often delivered to the site in bulk trucks or in some cases, railcars. A well-designed storage system ensures safe and quick unloading of the railcar or the bulk truck while ensuring the storage silo never sees equipment damaging forces during the process
